Anonymous asked: hey, may i know what's the reason why you chose to move to singapore? sorry if it's too personal. i'm interested in your stories in your blog. and i'm going through the similar phase as well, thinking of moving after already 3 years in one uni (thinking to quit as well and move to another uni without graduating). so i'm really curious what gives you strength to make that decision? thanks!

Hi Anonymous,

I’ve been away from Tumblr rather too long to even remember how this shit works. Sorry for the majorly late reply.

The strength lied on this strong urge to seek for new adventures, new people, and new things I can do in a new city, and what’s exciting and tragic about it. Here’s another example, I am currently residing in Bali. I left Singapore in 2015, impulsively and definitely elusively. It’s been a wild and crazier ride down here. When I feel like I can’t root to grow into something more beautiful and better, that’s when an idea of leaving usually comes. I never think much about it, when I want to leave, I usually just do. :)
